Heart Disease Psoriasis Potassium

Hey to everyone, to start off I am a 31 year old male that has suffered from heart palpitations and Psoriasis for the last 12 years. The heart palpitations used to be a once a month occurance, never thought much of it, unfortunately they have become a 3-5 times a day thing now along with erectile dysfunction issues mild hypertension as well. I am starting to fear I have some sort of heart disease happening that has escalated recently. I discovered the main triggers for the palpitations ovet time to try to avoid them. Stimulants such as caffeine are the obvious. Aspartame is a new one the last 2 years Then we got potassium...I cant even have a drink now that has 2% daily potassium in it without ending up in the hospital with a large amount of heart palpitations. I can still tolerate 2000-5000mg of salt no issues after eating despite temporary blood pressure increase. I have had an echo cardiogram done and ecg done multiple times and they seem to have no answers besides "we dont see any issues", should I be concerned at this point does anyone think? I tried to look up what would cause heart not to handle any potassium intake and i am lost at this point. My kidneys also have been tested and ct scanned and no damage was found. My main concern is these palpitations though, I know anxiety can cause them to but I never feel anxious before they happen and have literally narrowed down triggers so I dont think its that either.
