I've expierienced this everyday since my panic attacks last April I also have a shed load of other Symtoms I have everyday Does anyone seem to get any relief from it jut I feel it all the time? I've had 3 ecgs which were all normal and bloods and X-ray which was good to I just can't shake this fluttery feeling, I also have shortness of breath everyday which also makes me think I have something wrong with my heart becaus my stupid brain has linked them both together and can't let let go of that thought!

Anybody else expierience these symtoms or have any tip advice etc? I just can't sit through them at times there that awful!

I'm going through the same thing, Luke, at the moment.

The only reassurance I can give to you is the same one you've given me: you're not alone with this.

Anxiety can twist your thoughts in all sorts of ways. Apparently these flutters, or palpitations, are quite normal. The average person may experience them as a result of, say, over indulgence in coffee; but then promptly ignore them and move on. But you and I, Luke, will focus-in on these feelings and make them seem so much worse. It's what anxiety does. We can't help it, exactly, although there are ways to lessen the burden - i.e., mindfulness, exercise, etc.

I'm in the battle with ya' friend. Keep pushing forward!

Hi nick I know we're you are comming from they are truly awful to sit through I've had 3cgs chest X-ray and they were all good but my mind is telling me otherwise with the "what ifs and "buts" I'm also having a 24 hour ecg next week.

Yeah anxiety can truely mess with your thoughts and feelings like, I just can't get my head around how anxiety can be so physical and ever present 24/7 I never get a rest from my anxiety there isn't a day goes by where I don't feel at least 5 of my Symtoms.

Yeah you mentioned mindfullness and exercise I do both mindfullnes meditation 3 times a day and I also go for 2 20 min jogs a day to which scares the crap out of me with these heart flutters I feel but still I push myself to do it.

      You keep pushing forward to🙂!

hey look ik what ur going through. Ik this is 5 years ago but might be worth responding to. i can feel my heartbeat 24-7. it sucks, had awful panic attacks, therapists dont help and dont understand. what i may recommend is staying off your phone. i found whenever i sleep right next to my phone the symptoms get so much better. for example, before i knew that, i slept with my phone in a hammock, literally right on my body. couldnt sleep the whole night and my heart beat was LOUD, and shook my whole body. i found that when i turn my phone on airplane mode and place it in another room whipe i sleep. i sleep like a baby. or just put it away an hour before i go to bed. hope ur doing alright. its a mental battle
