Everyone gets these from time to time, it's perfectly normal. They can be made worse by anxiety too. I've been having them for 60 years and I'm still here!

However, if this is worrying you, you should talk to your doctor about it.

Normally (like 99% of the time) they're nothing to worry about. Especially if they're not coupled with any other symptoms. Things like anxiety, stress, caffeine and even some medications can cause them. Try not to worry, I know that's easier said than done x

I get these quite often especially when my anxiety is bad. Sometimes it feels like it's in my throat and I can get a little light headed when theyre bad. Have you had them where you can feel it In your throat?

It is anxiety. When I first started getting them I didn't feel as anxious and stressed as I have been in the last 5 months and I got really scared. But I have gotten so many more sensations and symptoms I have been focusing more on those and the flutters haven't been bothering as much. I go from one thing to another and everytime I get something new i panic sad it's so exhausting
