Hi Suzy
I'm so sorry to hear that you too suffer from this. There is so much more
to anxiety than people realize. Sometimes it is so bad for me that I can't
leave the house. Thank God though, I do get some good days in now, finally!
I've worked hard to get here. Very hard. Horrible couple of years trying more
than 30 (for real) medications. Not fun. We finally have come up with a few
that I must take if I have any hope of being part of society and keep my job.
Hang in there. It is more than a flutter, I bet, that you are feeling. For me I say
it feels like I've been hit by a Mack Truck!
Reach out to professionals for this--beyond your regular MD. This is a psychiatric
condition that needs help. So much easier on you if you do get this outside help.
Rock on,
and Peace!
Linda

one of the main causes of rapid heart beat is anxiety. sometimes people get skipped beats too.
and yes it can happen every day. Any symptoms related to anxiety cannot hurt you. It’s caused by the adrenaline that the brain releases.
have you had a check up with your doctor? If not it would be a good idea so you can have peace of mind. But millions of people have anxiety symptoms like yours every single day.
One way you can manage it is by proper breathing which is the key. You can go on YouTube and find some great short meditations for breathing, anxiety, etc. when you’re feeling really nervous look up on YouTube one called don’t panic. She guide you through the proper breathing and it really works! My heart rate slows down and I feel much better . There are great mindfulness meditation‘s or breathing in anxiety too!
at Night I like to listen to a calming one called it’s OK by Lauren. It really helps me to fall asleep but there’s so many others to o.
if you have a history of anxiety, that kind of a symptom is very common. Do things to relax your mind. and visit your doctor. Take care

thank you for your reply yes I've been to the drs I had a full checkup by gp then had an ecg done which she said was ok I'm having a 24 holter on in 2 weeks. I've been to hospital for ecg before and I've been given the all clear. I suffer terrible hyperventilation aswell and recently I'm obsessed with my heart I keep thinking I'm going to have a heart attack and die 😢

NO U ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE A HEART ATTACK!I know it feels that way, but anxiety symptoms CANNOT hurt you,.
The adrenaline your brain sends out causes all the symptoms. millions of people have your exact symptoms, including me.
ive had heart flutters, pain, pressure, shortness of breath, heart flip flops, and my ecg is perfect. it doesnt scare me anymore.
please do some of those breathing meditations and ones for anxiety.
YOU just need to learn anxiety management. YOU'LL be just fine
