Hello debi62095, Learning to relax and take life to a more calm zone is not easy, but here goes: first read this :- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relaxation_technique.

When you have found something that works for you, stick with it. Especially learn some deep breathing techniques along with what ever else you decide on that works for you. Most of us do have odd rhythms with our heart at some time, especially when we are stressed! Unless these are part of other conditions (which seems to have been ruled out superficially by your ECG) then do not worry about it! Worry itself over time can cuase its own problems. Chill - if you can learn how! Best of luck trying!
