Heart health long term after drug OD

Hi i experienced a mini mitochondiral infraction in 2018 due to an overdose from drugs. My question is how will it effect me long term? will it shorten my life span? does it make it easier for me to have another naturally down the road? it didnt require any surgery just medication and ivs. its hard to find an answer to this question online since most heart attacks are natural from poor habits but thats not my case. Any advice will help. Im a 25 year old male.
