Heart is skipping beat everyday

I am 24 years old, male. And i have felt this heart fluttering before when i was a kid(maybe once a year?). It wasn't so frequent like nowadays.

I am a covid 19 survivor and it's been almost 2 months since i got discharged from the hospital. I have had the hudroxichloroquine dosage in the hospital, and i have no other health issues.

My covid 19 symptoms were lost sence of smell, and short of breath at night ( wich i fear, it may not be the Covid 19 simptom). I had the deep heart fluttering issue since the prior of the Covid 19 infection (before even the hospital admission).

I have no other difficulties, but facing the heart beat skipping. I have used my home pulse oximeter nad whenever i felt the fluttering, the oximeter missed one "beep"(pulse sound). And it happens almost everyday. At the time of hospital admission my heart rate was 140. My heart rate is between 78-98 even when im resting. I do not take any drugs, alcohol or tobacco.

maximum time interval between two heart fluttering: 10 hours. Minimum is 3 minutes.

I am depressed over it!

Palpitations are basically a heightened awareness of your own heartbeat, explains Swadia. Your heart might beat faster, slower or differently than usual for a few reasons. Rapid, fast heartbeat at rest could be caused by stress, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, thyroid pills, cold medication, asthma drugs or diet pills

i don not take alcohol tobacco or anything else. The skipped heart beat is increasing specially after exercise. I am worried that CoViD-19 might have damaged my heart. I never faced this much of heart flutter after exercising, before.
