Heart jumps and not even anxious

Sometimes my heart jumps even when I aren't anxious, does anyone else get this?

    Yes its the adrenaline in our bodies.. Do you take any meds?

      No cos it only happens every now and then. I was just lying down and it just happened randomly x

    Do you suffer with heartburn/acid reflux?

    I get jumps in my heartbeat when i have heartburn because it can cause them

      Nope - I only got one it was random. That's how it happens just one them goes. Scared it's my heart

      If your not getting excessive amounts of them I wouldnt worry. Sometimes we can all get them for no reason/ apparently even athletes get them
