i’m sorry you are going through this.

The main thing to do is remember the facts which is that everything was fine when you went to the hospital. The part that is not fact is the fearful thoughts. fear is not based on fact or reality. It’s purely emotion.

fear stands for false evidence appearing real.

many people with anxiety think they have a heart problem. That’s because with anxiety, adrenaline is released and it causes all sorts of symptoms that are not harmful but scary. Millions of people rush off to the emergency room and then find out everything is OK.

anxiety can also cause pain, shortness of breath, and hundreds of other symptoms. What you are going through sounds exactly like anxiety. I’ve had it for over 30 years. I have learned how to manage it somewhat bye visiting a counselor, doing proper breathing exercises for anxiety which helped a lot! those are on YouTube.

Think about what in your life may be causing you anxiety.

The symptoms are not the problem. It’s the unmanaged anxiety that causes the symptoms. Listen to some meditations for anxiety. They will calm everything down. Take care

Hey Tyler! Seeking help by medical staff would be one of the best things to do. Tell them how it's personally making you feel. Explain what's going through your head when that happens. Feel free to ask any questions on what to do!!

edit: sorry i posted this twice 😃
