I have heart conditions. Write many post here about it. Dr said i have anxiety and suggest me healthy life style. Today i did a little 10 mint exercise and still it passed 5 hour i have iching or pinching pain in my left side of chest near center of chest.

I am very afraid. I afraid my heart musceps are weak and it would me heart attack or heart failure. How i believe it is anxiety. Because pain start after exercise and on the left side on chest.

Any helpful or useful suggestion is appriciate. I am very much worry about this.

So sorry you are going through this! Anxiety is a terrible thing and can come with no stress or past problems! I have terrible heart palpitations that causes all kinds of problems. I have been to the ER / stress test, 4 day monitoring  and GP. They can’t find a thing wrong, but they assure me that heart problems do not come  in anxiety or panic feelings. I have been taking a batablocker that helps - doesn’t eliminate but helps!

I think what the Dr means is anxiety and panic attacks would not be the cause of a heart problem. In other words, anxiety isn't causing you a heart problem because nothing is wrong with your heart. Anxiety is causing the FEELINGS and simulating the SYMPTOMS of a heart problem. But if you did have a heart problem, a genuine heart related illness it would be caused by something else, not anxiety.

So, if you've had tests, scans and seen specialists who see no CLINICAL symptoms of a heart related disease or illness, then you do not have a heart problem. You have a mental condition that is triggering REAL pain and troublesome symptoms but with a perfectly healthy heart.

If you don't excercise, your chest muscles will be weak (note chest, not heart muscles) so likelihood is yeah, it'll hurt to start with. It's not use to excercising.

Of the advice previously given to you, what have or haven't you tried? And how long did you try it before you believed it was not going to work?
