There called pacs or pvc. There harmless. Most everyone gets them just some people can feel them. Sometimes they go away sometimes they don't. Beta blockers helps. But beta blockers typically used for heart.conditions blood pressure and racing heart. I've heard magnesium supplements help with palpitations. If you work yourself up over and cause to much anxiety they will get worse. Try magnesium supplements. See if that helps. But don't stress yourself to death about it.

What did the cardiologist say when you told him that you felt you were about to pass out and can't breathe?

Hi Chelsie, when I used to suffer from palpitations one of the things that used to help calm them down/ stop them was to tense the muscles like you were trying to have a bowl movement. Sounds stupid but I got told it by an A&E doctor and it did help!
