Heart Palpitations after eating sometimes

Ever since this anxiety like feelings started last year around August after that crazy preworkout, heart racing is the most bothersome symptom I've had. I don't get any pains or other symptoms, but when I feel tensed, I get anxious and my heart starts pounding/racing. I just hate how my heart rate increases after eating. I'm extra aware so it makes it worse. It's like anything that makes it increase brings my attention to it. I can go weeks fine and just feel tension here and there. Sometimes the tension is enough to get my heart racing at full speed. I guess what worries me the most is the lack of other anxiety symptoms during a attack. I just get tension, anxious and heart racing. When I'm not tensed, I feel imbalanced and swaying/rocking feeling.
I have learned to not fear it when it happens. It's not easy and perfect. A few deep breathes brings my heart rate down quick.
Does anyone else deal with this? EKG done, 24-hour holter monitor done, and now a 14-day monitor. I believe my doctor thinks I don't trust him. All tests have come back normal so far. I keep thinking they haven't found the problem.

i didnt even read the story( which i will go back and do) but soon as i saw "heart palpitations after eating" i instantly thought, HELL TO THE YES! you are NOT alone. i actually saw my cardiologist today and i brought that up. apparently its some kind if nerve thats related to stomach that will cause this to happen because its expanding. idk how to explain it but youre not alone.

Thank you. I read that as well. It said it can be a lot carbs in one setting. Plus, we are more aware of it. My doctor said focusing on it only makes it worse. I cut all my coffee. I honestly loved coffee before this crap happened. I want to get back on it eventually. The mind is very powerful.

Do you feel uneasy, uncomfortable, tensed with a heart rate that high?

Mines the opposite, I get the tension and heart rate increase in the afternoon/evening. I feel okay in the mornings.

Meditation helps alot, good sleep and a healthy diet. Lean grass fed meats, fish, salads, seeds, nuts, and vegetables, and stay away from sugar, high carb foods and all packaged highly processed foods. This has helped me tremendously. I've done all those tests and then some... Stress and anxiety are no joke...they reck havoc on the body.. I would also check Viatamin D3 +B levels and omega 3 to 6 ratio. Hope this helps.

I took Ativan years back, but I regret it because of side effects. I take GABA now and drink lemon balm tea.. but what I mentioned I earlier comment was and is very critical .

You have to have perspective and build on the positives. I also suffer from an electrolyte disorder, so trust me it's not easy. But I know that worrying will make both conditions worse, so I focus on the things that bring me joy. I avoid triggers as much as possible, and try to get at least 7 hours of sleep. Diet is also super, super important, I don't eat (or drink sugar), white flour, high carb foods, processed foods and avoid non organic food. I also have an essential oil I buy from Whole foods called Amber, the scent calms me down, its incredible what a scent can do sometimes. I feel for you and understand your pain, but you are not alone, if you can hold on to that thought it will help you.
*Try your best not to worry about what you cant control, as that will eat you alive, rather focus on what you can control.
