Hey all, Sometimes my heart will do some palpitations when my chest feels a little 'full'(?) and then if I burp, it clears up a bit?... I am very confused. My palpitations and the excess gas in my stomach has been going on a lot past 3weeks- month or so? Is it related? Im so confused.

I used to get that.
If I am bloated and gassy, I get heart flutters. I think the gas makes your vagas nerve unhappy. As soon as you are able to expel the gas, it helps.
I also take magnesium glycinate at bedtime and find that really helps my flutters

Digestion problems are frequently cited here as a big cause or factor. burping helps as it stimulates the vagus nerve.
Have you changed your diet or the time you eat?

No I havent really changed anything. Just happened all the sudden and now it wont go away.

The best advice I can give is to spend an hour or two reading these threads. Many ideas as to what causes it, how to prevent it and how to get rid of it
