Heart palpitations and ectopic beats

hi all new here so about two years ago my anxiety took a serious spike heart palpitations chest pain arm pain jaw pain the lot the worst was the palpitations off to the hospital after numerous ekgs bloods and a holter monitor cardiologist said everything was fine put it down to anxiety went on meds didn't agree with me so I stopped taking them anyway over the past two years my palpitations have sent me to the emergency room about 20 times thinking that they missed somethingand I a fib or some other abnormalities.. every visit the outcome was down to my anxiety over the past few days my anxiety has taking a serious spike again and I'm so aware of my heart it's crazy what I'm asking is how many palpitations or flutters do u guys experience what is normal for ye and how to calm them I just can't deal with it anymore its to overwhelming please help any advice is help

    The best immediate advice I can give is to spend a few hours reading the various threads in this section.

    You will find instances of people having thousands of these episodes every day, some thoughts of what causes them and some remedies. Being anxious is the number one reason for lots of these episodes so breathing deeply, being calm are right up there.

    So grab a non caffeinated non alcoholic drink (water is good!) and have a read. Then why not call back in and tell us if anything you have read might help?
