    Hello,

I get these heart palpitations all the time. Like you, I’ve gotten ekg’s, a stress test, and echocardiogram and everything came back fine. It is an extremely uncomfortable feeling. It happens to me usually all day sometimes but I notice it more when I’m resting and trying to go to bed. I can hear my heartbeat through my pillow. So uncomfortable. It’s all anxiety. If you try to take your mind off of it and not think about it, it should dissipate.

Try magnesium, stress washes out magnesium from your body. Heart is a muscle and needs magnesium to work properly. Also for anxiety try vit B complex. Give it few days and hopefully it will help! 😊 Meditation is another thing to try espescially before sleep. I feel your pain as I've been there myself but the above have helped me tremendously. Also try magnesium in spray form if possible as it's has best absorption. Good luck! X

You're welcome! Remember tjose missed beats are not dangerous, they don't feel nice but they are not a problem for the body. The less you worry about them the sooner they will go away.

I'm so sorry to hear you are afraid to take your medication because of fear of side effects sad(( I know exactly what you are going through as after having allergic reaction from sertraline and going to doctor in the middle of the night I developed fear of taking medications I am not familiar with sad But I am getting better recently wink Since it OTC med I always say to myself that it cannot be harmful if they sell it to anyone! Plus maybe try to take it overnight? I am on antihistamine myself as I suffer from allergies and I always take them overnight. When you are asleep you will harfly experience any side effects if any at all! And prob the worst that can happen will be drowsiness that will help you sleep which is actually a bonud as you will get great night sleep! smile

      Fingers crossed for you!! ?

I was just helping to fit ceiling lamp amd when I pulled it harder the electricity went and now I am trying to talk myself out of thinking that I got an electric shock!! Ha ha Even tho I didn't feel any shock but because I have some red mark on my face now I haven't seen before I am thinking I got electric shock! How stupid this is 😉 So anxiety can play tricks!!!
