Heart palpitations/ physical anxiety

I’m 20 and I’ve had bad anxiety since I was 12. My anxiety is very physical and one of my main symptoms is heart palpitations. They happen constantly . Some days i clearly feel my heart beating in my chest and sometimes it gets to me and my heart starts beating very fast and I get scared I only panic more . It’s ongoing and yes I’ve gotten ekgs and doctors say I’m fine and that it’s anxiety but I hate this symptom the most . I had one after so long and I didn’t know what to do. Currently crying in bed bc of how scared I got even though this has happened before . Idk what to do. I feel alone. Does anybody else go through this ?and it doesn’t have a trigger sometimes it just happens out of nowhere

My aniexty has been up and down recently.

I've been getting horrible back pain along with chest pain and heart palpitations.

Over the years I've had ecg 24/7 monitor on me through my normal day to day life.

I just come back from holiday and hate flying and i think that didn't help with my aniexty.

I have been stressed with work and worrying about Christmas. I believe its just my aniexty as I've suffered on and off with it over the last few years.

What I will say to the opening message is your 20 years old and have nothing to worry about. Its easily said then done but the doctors have done then investigating with you and have said it's aniexty. Think positive and be strong. Hope you can get past it. Today I've felt rubbish with it but i take each day as it comes and try not to let it beat me.

I know exactly what are you going through. I could be fine reading or on the computer and then bam! out of nowhere I can feel my heart fluttering and it almost knocks the wind of out of me. I do have had multiple EKG's, heart xray, blood work and everything came back fine. Now I'm suffering from a new symptom and that's breathlessness and throat pain and body I shouldn't have googled cause now I have convinced myself all over again that I have some underlying heart disease. it's really scary and mentally draining so I completely understand. just remind yourself its anxiety and dont let your mind wander!

Yep, its not fun. Im 32 and it gets to me badly sometimes but ive also been diagnosed woth inappropriate sinus tachycardia which is basically a fast heart rate that stays in rhythm but theres not an appropriate reason for it to be racing so fast. And when this would happen my anxiety would kick in and make it worse. So when it happens i try tell myself that its ok and it will pass and that im safe and get on with what im doing. The fear in itself makes the situation worse.

Hi , it has been proven your heart is fine and thats great , yet it can be scary when you have palpitations .. First i want you to know you are not alone by no means . Anxiety and panic can put all sorts of thoughts in your head . Can i ask you if you go outside much ? Did you at age 12 ?

vitamin d3 was almost at zero last year when i had it checked. hasnt been checked since. my pottasium according to cardio is low and im on 20 meqs per day..also went from toporlol to a drug called cardizem. its a calcium channel blocker ..truth is ive not taken any of it. ive got severe med anxoety. im scared if i take it itll kill me. the meds slow heart rate and reduce blood pressure. i dont have high blood pressure and my heart rate is normal unless of course im panicing. so i am afraid to take it. i have confirmed pvcs. doc says its not a huge thing and the meds will help them stop. im looking up a bunch of stuff on google and scaring myself. in convinced im going to go into cardiac arrest. i feel like im loosing control of reality and its scaring me. does anyone have experience with pvcs

Ash Vitamin D helps heart heath , lung health , brain functions ,as well as bones , muscles and every other part of your body ,and potassium is an electrolyte both of these a vital for your body to function , to live ! With low levels of D and K ( potassium ) you can surely have heart failure . Or lung failure ! Also unbalanced electrolytes can cause so many other complications , including panic attacks , anxiety , stomach issues ( IBS , GASTRITIS , GERD etc ) and yes low vitamin D can be the cause of PVCS . Skipped heart beats , fluttering , palpitations , are symptoms of low levels of D .. Please take your medications , it will make all the difference in the world to you . But do understand it take time to rebuild such low levels as you have , my best wishes to you
