Heart palpitations related with premenopause ?

I’m here At the ER. I was awaken up my this heart palpitations at 430 am and I just can’t calm it down so it is 9:30 and still having them . This is the second time in 3 months I’m having this. I’m afraid to work out . I’m 4 Days from getting my period so I’m not sure if this all menopause relate. I’m scare

Hi Aimee,
Your heart palps can be due to many factors. If it's chronic : could be low cortisol levels (adrenal fatigue), hyper-thyroid, or estrogen dominance.
If it comes and goes it could be from inflamed and or herniated stomache pushing on vagus nerve next to heart. Or hormonal imbalance . . You have to be a detective-good luck! Btw, to heal stomache Famoti dine and low acid diet and eat when taking meds or supplements.
