Heart problem stopping all treatments

Hello.

my husband has stage 3 esophageal cancer that is at the joinn to and including stomach.

because my husband had a heart attack back in 2013 and a small stoke in 2014 we have been told he cant have chemo or radiotherapy.

we were told a couple of weeks ago surgery would be our only chance.

he had a laparotomy and endoscopy done where they found tiny specs of cancer is also on his liver.

we have not seen an oncologist but told yesterday its not possible to have surgery and although my husband feels well he's got just months to live.

has anyone else had similar problems like this ?

if so what was offered?

we can't accept this outcome we feel like we've been written off.

please can someone help?
