Heart problems and hyper mobility

hey everyone. I dont have health insurance right now and would love some help. Below is a list of what is going on.

Heart:

Bradycardia

Cardiac arrest (due to drug overdose, Im sober now and in recovery)

Low diastolic blood pressure on occasion

Blacking out(have to lean over and grab something because I can’t see) when standing up on occasion

Atrial fibrillation off and on

Premature ventricular contractions

General Body:

scoliosis

hyperglycemia

flare ups of all over pain

lightening pain

hypermobility (I took the EDS test and qualify for the diagnosis based on that)
