Hi, have you tried stopping eating greasy foods? If you have acid reflux then greasy foods or spicy foods will make acid reflux worse. Try a simple diet for a while to see if this helps. I have a Haitus hernia and have Acid reflux and it causes my palpitations and breathing problems. When you have these symptoms it also causes anxiety because it worries you to thinking it is something worse. Good luck hope you feel better soon

You may have acid reflux and now eating has become something to fear, making the symptoms worse. You need to view food as something pleasurable again. You may need some cognitive behavioural therapy to help overcome it. Good luck, feel better soon.

I gather you are from Asia, Ivan.

The problem you have generally caused by what you are eating and it may be dietary changes may be useful.

Stress can also cause this as well

I see you have gone through  a tranche of tests, that have come back complete.proving nothing to worry about. Have you seen your GP since then, if not I would advise you see your GP and discuss your condition with Him.

It may be Anxiety, or tummy troubles, that may be treated quite easy.

Talk to your GP. you will feel more at peace doing that at this time

My name is Rachel and I'd like to follow this discussion. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure as well. It was 180. I did exercises and used a diet sheet that the doctor gave me and it went. I also have blood pressure monitors. It runs in my family where there was a lot of arguing about food. The men in my family liked their meat and two veg basically. I went on two cookery courses to get it sorted but I suffered anxiety later on and had to get help for that. I eat take aways as well and I'm addicted to salt and sugar and I know that it does no good. It's hard to get decent food near way I live but it's tasty but then my health suffers. I worry as well. I buy health products but they are not very appetising but at least my health doesn't suffer.
