ive seen a doctor but they were just saying its anxiety and i have ectopic beats and ive been put on proponolol but its happening again so im starting to think its sleep apnea or something because it just doesnt make sense otherwise.

Doctors can be very dismissive over heart related matters

. If you saw the Doctor some time ago I would suggest you make a further appointment and write down some notes (dates/times/symptoms etc) to go in with you so you get answers instead of being fobbed off.

In the meantime I don't know if you have read through all the replies on this general thread? There are lots of people who have similar problems and it is comforting to read their comments.

Have you changed your diet recently? For instance become a vegan, or moved house or job or a change in a relationship?

As I say, if your original diagnosis was some time ago and you think these symptoms are different then see a doctor. Also look at any lifestyle changes
