Heart racing when I'm reading

Please help me out. I know how to read very well. In fact, I've read in front of several strangers and I didn't have a problem doing it.

But recently, if I'm asked to read early in the morning in front of my family members and a stranger, I would start and when I get to the middle of the reading, my hearts starts racing and I become short of breath and I won't be able to continue reading. I don't know why and I don't know what's going on with me. And it's not like I'm scared of reading.

Has anyone experienced this before?

You would know if it's AF that's where the heart beat slows right down. I suffer with tachycardia which is the opposite a very fast heart rate which can reach upto 140bpm then I'm in CCU. I'm only 31 so very young id ask your dr to prescribe you something for anxiety (diazipam) which I also take for mine

      Hope this helps you
