My heart beats get slow for 1-2 seconds then go back normal, this happens when I am resting or when I am not doing any physical efforts and I am not a smoker what is the possible reason for that?

Does it feel like a skipped beat or as if your heart kinda stumbled and the beat comes late? This can also give you a weird feeling in your chest? If that's what you are experiencing, it could be a heart palpitation. Palpitations are not just heart beating fast. This can happen when you are under a lot of stress but you should definitely mention it to your doctor.

Yeah, it's a type of heart palpitation. For me, they usually happen when:
a. I'm low on B12
b. i've exherted myself more than usual and it will happen in the resting stage.
This could also be cause by thyroid issues. Either way, if it happens often, definitely get your physical and blood tests and see what your doctor thinks.
