Heart rate high and feeling weak

for the last week or so my heart rate resting has been between 100-115. My normal resting HR is around 70. i am diagnosed with high BP and take medication for it which manages it effectively. Though lately it has been a little high (130-140/85-90)

additionally i have just felt zapped of energy since this began. i just kind of feel off and not 100% and occasional chest pains/odd sensations.

i have been diagnosed in the past with innocent PVC's.

i am 26 year old male, 170 pounds, 5'9''

does anyone know what this may be?
