Heart rate issues

Has anyone after pregnancy/a c section had issues with there heart rate? I’m going through issues with my heart rate I had a c section in December it was an emergency c section and I was put to sleep for it so 6 months ago and my heart rate is all over the place it can be in the 40’s/50’s when I’m asleep and even when I’m just sat or lying on my bed I’ve seen it loads of times that low, then soon as I stand up/move around/do anything my heart rate goes so high it’s anywhere between 110-180 when standing up/moving around/doing anything and doesn’t come back down until I sit or lie down, I’ve had several ECGs done they are always normal, I’ve had 2 chest X-rays done they were both normal, I’ve had an echocardiogram done that was normal, I’ve had BNP blood test done that was normal, I’ve had 2 D Dimer blood tests they were both normal, they’ve done a thyroid blood test that was normal, always checking my kidneys/liver with blood tests always normal, my iron and all that is always normal…then last week I had a Holter Monitor (24 hour ecg) fitted so I’m now just waiting for the results of that and see if that showed anything so it’s just a waiting game for the results back from that then see what’s what.. just wondering if anyones had anything similar?😊

Let us know how it goes. 2 things that come to mind are hormones or possibly POTS Syndrome. Have you had Covid?

I’ve got told I definitely have something wrong it’s just finding out what’s wrong they think I have either Postural tachycardia syndrome (POTS) or Inappropriate sinus tachycardia (IST).. I can’t walk to the bottom of my street without my heart reaching 180 and my legs go like jelly and my heart pounds and I almost faint and I’m always dizzy I’ve became house bound basically because of this happening I literally only leave the house to go to a doctors or hospital appointment, walking around my house my heart rate is like 130 and that’s just walking around my house, I’ve had to buy a bath board to sit on when I’m showering because in shower my heart was getting anywhere from 130-160 so I’ve had to buy a bath board so I can sit down in shower because there was a few times I felt like I was going to faint because of it etc, I’ve never been given anything to lower my heart rate, because as soon as I lie down/sit down it will eventually come down itself, and I’m not allowed beta blockers I’ve tried getting medication but my doctor said she wants to see what the cardiologist says before giving me any medication but I’m not allowed beta blockers because my resting heart rate is already in the 40’s/50’s and they don’t want it to go any lower (that’s another problem I also deal with low heart rate when I’m sleeping it’s always in the 40’s/50’s but even when I’m awake sat on my bed or lay down in bed I’ve seen it that low in the 40’s/50’s many times) and I have asthma and beta blockers can make asthma worse so that’s why my doctor wants to see what the cardiologist says/thinks I have/diagnosis me with etc before they’ll medicate me because they don’t want to medicate me until they know for definite what it is I have wrong as it could be dangerous giving me medication since they don’t know for sure what it is so can be risky giving medication without a diagnosis etc so currently just going through testing at the moment/waiting for results etc
