does anyone know why the heart rate monitor changes like this ? i think i have anxiety as my body is shaking but my resting heart beat doesent seem off , this is after a brief walk my heart or the area around my heart on my chest is constantly twitching are my legs very very difficult experience but i guess thats not my heart
