if you were wondering if your heart rate can spike if you are not in control of your heart health anxiety then yes your heart rate could spike in that case.
if you get a yearly physical check up and everything is OK then your heart is OK.
however at times the heart rate can go higher during times of anxiety but it’s not going to hurt your heart. It’s simply a release of adrenaline that causes the heart rate to go up. But it’s only temporary.
Learn some proper breathing when you have anxiety and that will lower the heart rate. you can find some great instructions on proper breathing on YouTube.
Stay calm when that happens because you are going to be OK.

so I can tell you that you don’t have to be in a panic in order for your heart rate to spike.
I have had anxiety since childhood and there are many times where I feel OK but my heart will race when I do something simple like walk or go up a couple of steps or anything simple.
Since you are always thinking about your heart rate, there is an underlying anxiety. . This is what sends out the adrenaline that causes your heart rate to go fast.
your heart is perfectly healthy. So that means when it speeds up like that it will be perfectly fine.
I have had that happen for years and my heart is very strong. So the fast heart rate will not hurt you when your heart is fine. Any doctor will tell you that. So you can relax.
