Hey, i have health anxiety for a year now, have had stomach problems, did all tests possible (blood tests, urine test, ultrasound, gastroscopy) and nothing was wrong at all. After all that happened and I understood nothing is wrong with my stomach, I started feeling weird heart and head symptoms. My heart feels like its skipping a beat, when that happens I feel like my body is sinking and I have shortness of breath. I have also felt my heartbeat in my back, stomach, hands, head.. I have frequent migraines too and tingly feeling in one point on forehead. The feeling is really gross, i dont know. It suucks. I had ekg 4x and Holter monitor - nothing. The thing is, when i had the holter monitor, I felt like nothing was wrong.. The next day, when I didnt have the monitor, I had the issues. Can this be my anxiety? Should I visit my doctor anymore times or just say, you know, F it?

you need to get your mind off of all of this. When we overthink things, the symptoms get worse. Get busy and active in other things. The worst thing you can do is sit around and think about symptoms. Before you go back to your doctor, experiment by doing other things, get involved in something, get some exercise which helped me a lot, drink plenty of fluids and eat healthy. I listen to meditations on YouTube for anxiety which completely calms down my mind, body and symptoms. The doctors can only do so much for anxiety which is not a lot. The rest is up to us and we have to be determined to take control of our life and regain peace of mind.
you will be all right once you learn to manage this. I also found counseling to be a great benefit in taking back control.

Skipped beats are a product of anxiety. I was diagnosed with them. But they won't kill you. It's not life threatening. Calm down. Meditate. Pray. Drink plenty of fluids. Excersise. Everything will be okay. You're fine.

Try Mindfulness Relaxation Technique and Breathing techniques. Try breathing through your nose and out through your mouth, make your breathing deep and regular. If you hypoventilate, place a paper bag over your mouth and nose and breath in and out regular several times. That will regulate your breathing.
Regards your problems, discuss your heart etc with your GP He will put your mind at rest. Remember having repeat tests over a short period can cause health problems so you will need to accept your results and move on with your life.
To be honest it all sounds like Anxiety, however it is important yor mind it put to rest and you will move on
