Heart spasms and feel fluid move in my heart

For about six months every night my heart seems to spasm. It mostly happens when I am lying down and lasts a few seconds. I don't notice any change in heart beat prior or after these spasms. It just seems to happen randomly. I occasionally get it during the day but mostly seems to be a night thing. My blood pressure is in the normal range. I didn't think much of these spasms but the other night I had a new symptom. I was lying down on my side and then I turned to my other side. As I did I felt what I can only describe as fluid moving in my heart. It was like blood in my heart was being pulled by gravity. Straight after this I had another spasm. Is this something I should be concerned with? I am a healthy weight and I don't have any medical conditions except anemia .

hi, sorry for late reply. I haven't found out what it is yet. My doctor said it's probably due to stress but personally I don't think it is. When I saw the doctor I got the impression that they didn't really believe or understand what I was trying to say. Hope you have better luck. If you manage to find out what it is then please let me know. Thanks and all the best to you.
