Heart squeezing side effect, soreness after stopping

Hey everyone, I was prescribed 1.25mg for POTS. I tried it for 3 days and noticed a weird squeezing of heart sensation that didnt make me feel well, so I stopped. The day I stopped, my heart felt sore and the soreness continued for several days afterwards. Did anyone else have this sensation or know what it could be? My doctor is stumped. I got nebivolol to try instead and the same thing happened when I took 0.6mg. Horrible sensation while on the drug and worse afterwards. Why did it feel like it was squeezing my heart and what was that feeling afterwards?!
