Heartbeat increases while falling asleep. Can't sleep.

It began after I watched a TV show where people are put into hypnosis. When I tried hypnosis repeating what they show, it worked and it scared me and I interrupted it by my will.

The same day I couldn't fall asleep because I felt my heart beating faster as I relax. It continued for 9 months. Then I joined psychotherapy. I've been on it for 10 months now.

And still I have to use 50mg of Quetiapine every day to fall asleep as my heart pumps harder when I try to sleep so it makes me don't wanna sleep anymore, I can spend whole night in this kind of state.

What kind of treatment should I seek for?
