So thought I’d go on a 2 hour walk and here in Newcastle it’s extremely hot on my walk back home totally felt the most light headed and if I was about to pass out didn’t feel I was in my own body and yes I’m still slowly reducing my tablets ??

I'm in the Midlands and the heat is dreadful. I am sat here feeling sick, weak, and crappy. I can completely relate. I hate the summer because I don't tolerate this heat.
