Heat and humidity

Was wondering if any body has experienced feeling weird when in the sun. Today i was cutting grass and about 3 hrs the heat was killing me. It was only 82 and the humidity wasn't too bad . I use to love working outside before depression and anxiety hit, but since taking zoloft i got the urge back. But now it seems the sun is not my friend. Was just wondering if it could be a side affect or maybe i just can't take it anymore which would be a bummer. I can understand if i was using a push mower but i was driving a mower. Any response would be greatly appreciated. 😎

I am heat intolerant on this drug, I can’t stand the sun for too long and I normally love the sun, I feel exhausted very quick if I am out in it.

Yes it is. I guess we just have to deal with the side affects to feel better mentally. I just don't do a lot outside when its humid. I have a lot to do inside to keep me busy. We can handle this, we handled alot worse.🌻

Well i think everyone felt ill during the heatwave i am 54 and have a lot of health issues, depression, anxiety, ibs , severe migraines, eating disorders bdd, insomnia, ,borderline copd, sounds more like a shopping list, but it all is linked and started when i was 14, i am 54 now, so there is experience i have in all of these areas , so though i can help it is also a nightmare as i do not know if one sparks off the other, and now i could be going through the change, i do not know as i am on the pill, so when the heatwave hit my body went into overdrive, my migraines went berserk could not get my head off the pillow, i had hot and cold sweats, trouble eating, so ibs through the roof, and so depressed i was on sertraline, because i only just been on it 5 weeks , did not know , if this was causing it, so can you understand , i love giving help and advice, but one i was so glad was when this heatwave went, my family and friends never had a good word to say about it or any one i spoke to, except my brother but his not human lol, i used to be a sun worshipper not now, fake tan all the way ha, so hope you feel a whole lot better, i know i do since its gone, though the rain can pee off too hee hee xx

Thanks jay babes for ur reply. Wow you really do get hit hard with the heat. I loved the sun like you but it all changed. The more I think about it the more I realize that it may be a combination of things, stress, menopause , this med. The list goes on also. To be honest I'm tired of trying to figure this out. I'll just stay in the air conditioning until fall. 😕
