Heat stroke and long term effects

Had a heat stroke I believe in June and wanted to see if anyone knew if there could be long term effects ?

    hi my panic attacks and anxiety i believe actually stem from a heat stroke back about ten years ago.... now whenever i get hot i automatically panic as i associate it with being sick fainting. the runs. palpitations. heart pounding.. illness etc... was or is your expereince the same

      Same here I can't be too hot or I get scared. I avoid to wear to much clothing . I always check my temperature when I feel hot. I drink ALOT of water everyday and I get scared if I don't . I always carry water everywhere I go. Has you anxiety been bad for 10 years ?

      yes.... longer if im honest after i got heatstroke abroad ive never been since....

      So it's been anxiety everyday it's never gone away? Have you tried anything ?
