    Loving it.

Despite the breathless feelings I'd rather be breathless in the high 20s and glorious sunshine than in low teens and grey drizzle.

Remain hydrated, remember the factor 30 and don't over exert yourself. What's not to like?

My wife had a Physio appointment this afternoon. We took a taxi so she was not overheated on arrival.

We melted waling home although it was only 81F compared to yesterdays 86F in East Sussex.

People pay good money to go to hotter places than this on holiday but the media try to whip up a frenzy when British services can't cope.

Any stress can make things worse, so just try to take it easy.
