    Loving it.

Despite the breathless feelings I'd rather be breathless in the high 20s and glorious sunshine than in low teens and grey drizzle.

Remain hydrated, remember the factor 30 and don't over exert yourself. What's not to like?

People pay good money to go to hotter places than this on holiday but the media try to whip up a frenzy when British services can't cope.

    Hello April,

I find it exhausting but I love the sunshine and so not complaining.   Just try to enjoy it and relax more if you can.

    Kind regards,

    Kathleen

Im having more episodes than normal. Im taking a rehydration sachet mid afternoon is helping - keeps my salts balanced better. Water alone isnt doing the job for me.
