Heaviness in body n legs

hi,i have heaviness in my legs hands basically entire body past 4months,most of my reports n scans are normal,any suggestions what this could be i feel i have weights tied to my legs the intensity varies some days its so heavy i have to drag myself n other days not so heavy also have imbalance while walking,making me totally nonfunctional,pls advice if anyone has the same symptom n what this could me

    hello, its a symptom of an in increase in anxiety. anxiety tenses your muscles, so you work against yourself, hence feeling heavy. the more anxious/tense you are, the heavier you feel. it will go, when your anxiety comes down.

      hi,thanks for the reply,my legs n heal pain due to heaviness n cant stand for long taking the stairs or running feels as if gravity is working against me,so i dnt think its anxeity,

    Do you also feel numbness and tingling /burning in legs also besides heaviness and also drag when you walk .

      hi hitesh,

      i feel little numbness,use to feel tingling not anymore n not dragging ,heaviness with pain in the heals as if my body isnt able to take the weight anymore also feel imbalance while walking past 1 week,

      I have been earlier on some anti depressant medicines but stopped same due to side effects. do you also feel heavy eyes and restlessness .

      i dnt have heavy eyes or restlessness,just heaviness in hands n legs due to which my legs n heels pain so i cant stand or do any activity,
