heavy ankle

Hello everyone,

I am 8 weeks post op. I had my cast removed 10 days back and have started doing exercises such as calf raises, alphabets to increase my ROM. Plus I am have started to put some weight while walking with two crutches as doctor has given me the permission to walk. Today, I feel a lot of heaviness in the foot especially around my ankle, feels like something bad with the screws. It is not allowing me to move my feet freely as i used to move it a couple of days back. What can be the reason behind this, there is more swelling but not a lot of pain.
