Heavy eyes , off balance , stiff neck, floating?

I am currently on homo check , Thea life & indform tablets. I take them twice daily , my body feels sluggish every morning when I wake up I feel tired and when I go for walk I feel dizzy or off balance please help for this wrong with me and one more thing I am also having a little bit of weakness please help thank you! P.s. along with the medicines which I mention my doctor has also suggested me to do some exercise everyday specially walking but because the way I am feeling I can't do that much of walking is there any solution ?

    do you have any indigestion issues like gastritis ,acid reflux ,low functioning gb or gallstones ?

      Yes I do have gastric problems, is it causing due to that? can you please tell what is the solution?

      i dont have solution. But i can tell you when i started getting those symptoms. But you do make sure to rule out it is not due to your heart problems with your doctor. For me, it started when i got digestion issue, initially i got lot of acid reflux, did endoscopy, they mentioned gastritis, after 3 years i got a mild dull pain on right side, did hida scan and my gallbladder was not working, from there on i use to get some kind of imbalance,dizziness as majority of the time my stomach will be bloated ,burping. after few years i ended up having gallstones. Doctors are advising to remove the gb, but my concern is more on bloating,burping . I dont have GB pain.But removing my gb will only tell if the gallbladder is causing the bloating,burping,dizziness problem or something else.

      i do did ecg,echo doppler,treadmill test to rule out its not my heart and also did brain MRI to rule out its not due to brain.

      all these episodes are in the span of 10 years around for me year 2007 -gastritis, 2011- found gb not working,2017 - got gallstones. so around 5th years i got the dizziness, i guess you too suffering with this issue for long time ?

      i would not found my gb working if i were in india, bcoz they dont do hida scan at all. Luckily in US,i was able to do hida scan for gallbladder.

      i tried other alternative medicines like ayurveda,etc which made by stomach burning. so no luck with those.
