Heavy footedness?

Posted , 4 users are following.

i've noticed my legs have become quite tired and weak when I walk. The expression 'like walking through glue' sort of sums it up. I am obese, but haven't noticed this before.

my father was heavy footed too, so just wondering if I have inherited some condition on this? Spoke to my GP on this and he suggested there might be some muscle wastage. Not quite sure what he meant by this or what it implies? Can anyone shed some light on this one...?

Hi.  I'm not sure what kind of conditions you have already been diagnosed with.  What are you seeing the doctors for typically?

I know aging has an effect on the strength/ stability of legs. Being obese increases such problems. Try beet root juice which does increase blood circulation/ energy and as a result has better effect on the legs as well as walking.

Just checked on Amazon. Would super strength beetroot extract be as efficient as juice?

Although I am not the expert in this subject but what I feel that any thing containing Beet Root should be beneficial. I myself tried taking beet root juice daily about 7-8 months back and I did notice more energy in walking etc. Why I left it, I cannot recollect but I do plan starting it again on daily basis or twice a week when beet root is available in the market.Good luck to you.
