    Hi Rachel,

There are many reasons for these symptoms. It could arise from increased blood pressure or intra ocular pressure. Labyrinthitis can also produce ear related symptoms. Few patients having migraine disorder present with this phenomenon. Please do not ignore these symptoms and rule out probable reasons. Once you remove the cause, you will feel better.

      Hi Rachel,

If you are done with all inquiries and final diagnosis concluded is Anxiety then you just need to concentrate on your mind relaxation techniques. I know it is difficult to start with but you have to train your mind. The complaints you mentioned are usually precipitated when there is emotional excitement. I would suggest you to retrospect yourself when you experience this entire phenomenon. Whenever you will have these symptoms, try to calm down yourself by deep breathing, listening music, meditation or involving yourself in an activity you like. Once this transient phase goes you will escape these complaints. Assure yourself that you don’t have any physical illness and perfectly alright.

hey rachel! id like to tell you that i have dealt with similar things and that the eye floters and vision problems are due from collegan breakdown its nothing dangerous and is due from chronic stress which turns into increased cortisol which turns into decreased collagen breakdown which equals eye floaters....as long as your vision is normal when not having anxiety then i wouldnt worry about it....it could possibly be a thyroid problem though are you experencing extreme fatigue or any other symptoms?

Hi Rachel, it seems like it's been awhile since your last post but I'm wondering if you're still feeling these symptoms?? Iv'e been feeling head pressure and slight ear pressure for over 3 weeks now and it has been a nightmare for me.  I went to the ER a couple of times and they diagnosed me with tension headaches. I do have a history of anxiety but I must say that I've never experienced such discomfort. I had CT of my brain done which came back normal as well, blood work too and that came back normal as well. I'm currenty taking antibiotics because I iwas told that I ihave fluid in my ears but the antibiotics are not helping at all. I guess I'm not convinced that anxiety is causing these symptoms. Normally, during my anxiety attacks I experience heart palpitaions, hot flashes and shortness of breath and it lasts only like 15 minutes or s,o but this head pressure is ongoing all day nonstop. It maes me feel like I'm going to pass out but I know I'm not.  I 'm just wondering if you found resolution to your problem??

    Hope you're well!

I'm experiencing the same symptoms. I've been to the ER and my GP and I get different diagnosis each time. Mean while it's getting worse. I haven't had a CT scan done and would like to have one done. Any suggestions on how to get my GP to recommend a CT?
