If you suffer with anxiety then yes it's no doubt anxiety! I'm currently going through a really bad batch of dull headaches from morning until night time. It's really horrible but I'm now on day 5 and they have only just eased off abit. I've literally felt like I've missed 5 days off my life and it's all been a blur due to the constant ache in my head! Doctors said it's tension headaches and they can last weeks.

    Hope you feel better soon

    Hi Curtis

A walk in the fresh air works well and is a great help with anxiety.

You could also try a back and neck massage. These are a great tension reliever. A lot of people, me included carry tension in their neck and shoulders which will probably not help your head.

Good luck and hope yours goes soon.

Yes it is stress induced.  Have you ever tried yoga? Gotten a massage. Nail spas give them at very reasonable prices to both makes and females. Can do wonders and they can reduce the tension in your muscles in your neck and shoulders. Very worth the visit. Also posture is imoortant.

Thank you so much for all of your replies means a lot I will definitely be trying all of these smile I tend to do a lot of walking at the moment already because I find that helps for certain smile I have also sighed up for Ta chi lessons because I think forms of meditation could really benefit to learn considering how bad my anxiety is 😌
