I've had a pain in my heel for several weeks, paracetomol helps a little but I don't want to take it forever, I've come across Plantar Fasciitis but I don't seem to have a 'spur'. I am 70 and a little overweight but generally active and fit but this discomfort is making walking difficult so I'm going to get less fit and fatter ... anyone any experience please ? Hope you're all keeping well x

I have had Plantar Fascitis in the arch of my foot which is where I am told it occurs. Clobbered my ability to walk for some time but gone now. Shoe inserts and socks helped. Gone now.

Good news that it's gone John, my pain is definitely in the heel not the arch so maybe it's not PF the area is also very itchy, don't know if that's symptomatic of anything, making walking the dog very difficult ... she's not happy !
