Anybody have the heel pain shoot up leg. I barely can stand never mind walk. I have been off work all week . But i work this weekend and on concrete floors. Last time i was at work i fell apart due to extreme pain. I clean rooms at a hotel. I end up using chair with wheels to dust room because pain was super high. What has worked for pain for anyone. Thanks

Strong painkillers, but also suggest lightweight 'sensible' shoes with memory foam inner soles.

I think you should look back at many posts that give ideas on what you can try. Rest, if possible, is the best but you can try very cold water soaks, anti-inflammatories like Ibuprofen or Naproxen, foot rolling on a frozen water bottle, and of course cushioning, shoes with firm soles but with supportive insoles and gel heel inserts. Crocs and Sketchers memory foam are good, and maybe just a pair of slightly oversize Nikes with an extra foam insole and gel heel insert.
