I know how you feel.
From my experience wirh ad, its pretty nornal that your anxiety gets worse in the first few weeks of treatment. Your body has to ajust to the dose. The major side effects are suppose to be more present in the first days to around 2 weeks. But the treatment itself may take 4 to 8 weeks to really make a effect. Now, everyone is different.
Do you take a benzo to help with the beginning of your treatment ? If you can have one, that can help but be careful not to take it too long.
Take care

I had the same problem ( on 50mg for just under 2 months now). It will get better. To get me through the mornings when it still creeps up on me I found that going for a brisk walk or excercising helps. Also, there's a great app called "Calm" that has meditations for anxiety. You'll get through this, give the zoloft time to work and your body a chance to adjust. Hang in there x

You are definitely doing the right things asking for advice I would speak to your GP or Doctor if it’s gets too much as you may need to be adjusted to 50 gradually.
I hope it gets better ive been there so I know how it feels.
Things do get better.

I am nearly on 59mg on my 12th day. I had no side effects at all although might be too early to say. I even managed to go to work since Monday but I do have benzo just in case.
I also take Lustral not the generic ones that NHS prescribes
I have insomnia but I had it before I start medication, I hope that it will get better.
I believe that we need to be strong and try to maintain a routine as other people suggested
I can definitely feel 50% better but I feel that I still have a long way to go

Thank you. Today has been awful. Anxiety, tired, no appetite again. I see my doctor this Friday 2 week check up. Thanks again for helping me stay positive. I'll be happy when I sleep well again and anxiety is gone.

Try to stay strong. I know it's not easy..I really understand!
My husband bought me a Gravity Blanket to help me sleep. It's a weighted blanket.. not cheap but I was desperate for better sleep. I have to say it's amazing and I truly feel rested in the morning! Might be worth looking into...

Im on 200mg... once a day.
The side effects are awful each time ive upped it by 25mg ,a week and a half between each rise.
Anxiety through the roof, no sleep, nausea,nk appetite,no libido, irritability is on another level... YAWNING!!! allllll the time!
Been on 200mg/day for 5 weeks now and i feel better in myself.
Some sode effects are lingering but I have hope they'll fizzle out. And they arent major.
