Hello Tom. Welcome to you and let know more about yourself please. How many units do you drink per day and week and for how many years? Every day of some days no drinking? Do you manage to work or study? How serious i am wondering? Are you prepared to see a Doctor or alcohol advisor? Robin

    Hi

Alcohol is full of chemicals Tom. If alcohol was a new substance, N.I.C.E. would ban it. You need to read Robin's excellent reply. Please keep talking to us. We are ready to help if we can

    Kindest Regards

Hi Tom and welcome.  We are all in the same boat.  I don't want to take tables either so I have tapered right down to 2 units each night Monday to Saturday.  I feel so much better for it.  I did not think I could do it, but with the help of the guys on here, I have done.

Keep coming back for good advice and encouragement.
