helicobacter pylori

my mother was diagnosed with the helicobater pylori bug in july this year she was given a antibiotic triple treatment which seemed at the time to have cleared this up however over the last 5 to 6 weeks she has been suffering acute abdominal pain in her stomach with severe diorreha. has anyone else suffered from this? and if so what was the outcome? many thanksl

    It sounds like a touch of bacterial overgrowth syndrome, things should slowly improve as the natural equilibrium of bacteria (gut flora) is reachieved throughout smile

    HELLO!!

    JUST READ YOUR MUMS EXPERIENCE, IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE BUG HAS COME BACK, IM NOT JOKING WHEN I SAY THAT THIS BUG IS NASTY, AND THE PAIN SO EXCRUITIATING THAT ONE WANTS TO CURL UP AND DIE! GO ONTO THE NET AND LOOK FOR A 100% ERADICATION FOR THE HELICOBACTER BACTERIA, THERES A COMPANY WHO WOULD RID YOU OF IT, WILL TRY AND FIND THE NAME. GOOD LUCK!! P.S I KNOW COZ IVE BEEN THERE TOO!!

    Can anyone help please at my wits end my husband has now had h pylori 6 times in the last8 months he gets high temp shaking bad wind very bad stomach pains he gets his 2 lots of antibiotics from the Dr every time he gets it it clears and then comes back sometimes within days he had enderscope done and was found to have the bacteria and barrettes oesophageal with low dysplaia and is going to have the halo treatment he dose not drink alcohol or eat spicy food or fatty food but still get bad bowts of it just wondering if anyone can give us some advice what to do thank you

    I was diagnosed with h pylori  6 of june had the treatment and on the 10th of July I started having diarrhoea and and severe abdo pain which comes on suddenly. I thought it was food poisoning but after seeing your post I doubt so. I've contact 111 for advice and I'm just waiting to speak to a doctor. Will let you know what was my outcome .
