    Hi  Samantha

Yes, I use this method frequentyly and use eucylptus too. I also use a salt pipe which has helped my airways too. Good luck with this, I hope it helps you.

Thanks for the comment, I also use a salt pipe and a flutter device. I have not had an infection now for nearly a year now. Had my latest CAT scan last month and the specialist was taken aback as she so surprised as it showed actual improvement and said wherever you are doing, carry on. Maybe they really are helping! I also do postural draining at least twice a day. I live in Portugal and we are surrounded by eucalyptus trees so I can even try making my own oil. Hope this finds you well Samantha

That is so amazing that the specialist said that to you. It gives me, and hopefully and lot of other people, the motivation to keep on trying to help ourselves and not rely on medication. I've recently started an aromatherapy course of treatments and find that really helped to. So much so I actually feel pretty good at the moment.

Keep it up Samantha, you're hope for us all.

How do you do it? Do you by oil in the little bottles?
