Hello can someone please help I’ve been having these white spots appear and inner foreskin bad

does anyone have any advice for me ive been having this problem for a couple monthes now and i really would appricate some help it seems that my foreskin dosent wanna heal and some weird white patches that apper and im scared and dont know what to do seems to be discoration on the foreskin too please help if anyone know anything about ir
