Hello everyone ive been on sertraline/zoloft for 35 days upped 100 to 150 9 days ago feel worse!!!

Hello everyone I've been on sertraline for a total of probably 35 days now was gradually upped in dosage. About 11 days ago I went from 100 to 150 milligrams and feel like my extreme anxiety and OCD are worse now than they were before. Probably not as bad as before I started taking the med but definitely worse then what I was feeling when I was taking the 100 milligrams. Also feel I got a big burst of energy almost too much energy. Was just trying to figure out if anybody else has experienced anything similar, if this is normal and if it will eventually get better. Thanks!

      Thank you Iris 46. And I'm not sure on the previous post if I put 9 days or 11 days but I've been on the increase dose what is somewhere close to that. So is it normal for side effects of the increased dose to last that many days or what?

      I I just thought that was kind of weird beings that I've been on the medication in general for over a month

      I went up to 100mg four months ago and it took 3 months to feel sort of UK. My doctor said 150mg was dangerous for me. Soon I am going to go down to 75mg. I don't like being on these tablets. Someone I known was on them and tried to commit suicide. It was horrible.

      Each persons experiences are individual. We are here to help each other, and not to be scaremongering about someone trying to commit suicide. Sertraline does not provoke suicide....the patient does!

    What is the name of the manufacture listed on your bottle of sertraline (Zoloft)?       Sorry I was using Siri ... What is name of manufacturer of your setraline listed on your bottle?

      The only thing that I can figure is the manufacturer is the name listed below the Sertraline label on the bottle and it says MFG Aur B Indo
