Hello guys , I’ve Bering having a burning sensation and some red pimples in my penis what should ido

8 months ago i had oral sex then in the next day i felt like i need to pee every minute, I took some relieves the pain went away after a bit but then I start to feel a burning sensation in my urethra But today I just noticed that I have small pimples on the head of my penis I did the STD screening twice for all possible STDs that can affect my penis and they were all negative I went to the urologist and I found it's only an infection in my penis I took the antibiotics it was OK for a bit but then I start to feel the burn sensation again I don't know if it's urethra infection or what right now I have done is this screen in and everything was negative and I did UTI screening and everything was negative as well so I really have no idea what is the problem anyone here with the same issue? what should I do please!image
